Bus leaves SJB at 3pm or arrive at Sunken Meadow by 3:30pm
Open Race Warm Ups: Frosh 3:55 –
All others 3:40 – jog the 5K and continue for a total of 30 min
All racing in the open race will race in TRAINERS
4:30 Open 1.5 Mile Race ***Note to ME – Make sure the freshmen barrier is open***
